Vivo's sub-brand iQOO has finally launched its first gaming smartphone in China. The highlights of the new smartphone include 44W fast charging, in-display fingerprint scanner and much more. It also has some gaming-centric features like pressure-sensitive buttons and liquid cooling technology.
Specifications
Vivo iQOO gaming smartphone features a 6.41-inch display with a resolution of 2340 x1080 pixels and a waterdrop style notch. The device is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor coupled with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. The phone runs on Google's Android 9 Pie operating system. All of this is backed by a 4,000mAh, which supports Vivo’s new 44W SuperFlash charging technology.
Price and Availability
Vivo iQOO is set to go on sale in China starting March 6. The registrations are already open for the upcoming flash sale. As for the pricing, the Vivo iQOO will be available for a starting price of CNY 2,998 (roughly Rs 32,000). The 8GB RAM+128GB storage variant comes with a price tag of CNY 3298 (roughly Rs 35,000).
