Xiaomi 11T Pro with 120W fast charging, Snapdragon 888 launched in India: Price, specifications

Xiaomi 11T Pro, touted as the "Hyperphone" just launched in India. Key features of the device include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, 120Hz AMOLED display and 120W fast charging. The company has also claimed that this was the first smartphone tested to demonstrate the first 5G carrier aggregation in Mumbai, in partnership with Airtel.

Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G: Price in India

Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G is priced at Rs 39,999 for the base 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant, at Rs 41,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant, and at Rs 43,999 for the 12GB RAM/256GB storage variant. It will be made available in Celestial Magic, Meteorite Gray, and Moonlight White colour options.

The device will go on its first sale starting 2 PM IST, January 19 via Amazon, Mi.com, Mi Home stores, Mi Studios, and other offline retailers.

Xiaomi 11T Pro will compete against the Realme GT, OnePlus 9RT, iQOO 7 Legend and the Vivo V23 Pro in India.

Launch offers include a Rs 5,000 instant discount for customers purchasing the device using a Citi Bank credit card. There is also an additional exchange discount of up to Rs 5,000.

Xiaomi 11T Pro: Specifications

Xiaomi 11T Pro sports a 6.67-inch full HD+ 10-bit true-colour flat AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 480Hz touch sampling rate, and Dolby Vision support. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and comes with a resolution of 2400x1080 pixels.

The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC paired with an Adreno 660 GPU. It comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM along with support for 3GB virtual RAM expansion and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

It runs Google's Android 11 operating system with the company's own MIUI 12.5 skin on top. All of this is backed by a 5,000mAh dual-cell battery support for 120W HyperCharge fast wired charging. The company claims that with the help of this, you can fully charge the phone from zero to 100 percent in 17 minutes. The device comes bundled with a 120W wired charger.

For security, the device features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and comes with support for face unlock using the front camera.

Xiaomi 11T Pro sports a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 108-megapixel primary Samsung HM2 sensor, paired with an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle sensor with a field-of-view of 120 degrees, and a 5-megapixel tele-macro sensor with autofocus support. At the front, it features a 16-megapixel sensor to capture selfies.
