LG V30+ with FullVision display launched in India: Price, Specifications and Availability

LG, the South Korean giant, has finally launched the much-awaited LG V30+ in India. The highlights of the smartphone include the FullVision OLED display with Always-on technology and the 32-bit Quad Hi-Fi Quad DAC for an immersive audio experience. The smartphone will give a tough competition to smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, Galaxy Note 8 and Apple iPhone 8 Plus.

Specifications

As far as the specifications are concerned, the LG V30+ features a 6-inch P-OLED display with a resolution of 1440x2880 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio.  Being a flagship, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with the Adreno 540 GPU. The device packs in 4GB of RAM and a massive 128GB of onboard storage. The storage on the device is further expandable up to 2TB using a microSD card. The LG V30+ runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box and will soon be updated to Android 8.0 Oreo. Under the hood, there is a 3,300mAh battery.

On the optics front, the LG V30+ sports a dual-camera setup on the back consisting of a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 13-megapixel wide-angle secondary sensor. Up front, there is a 5-megapixel selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2.

Price and Availability

The LG V30+ is launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 44,990. The smartphone will be available for purchase starting December 18 exclusively via the e-commerce website Amazon.in. The people who are interested in buying the device can pre-book it on Amazon India. LG is offering one-time screen replacement, a wireless charger and in-app content for free with the purchase of the LG V30+.
