OnePlus is getting ready to launch its OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G smartphone on February 17. Apart from announcing the launch date, the company has also teased the design of the mid-range smartphone. The device has already been spotted inside of the company's official website's source code. It was later also spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website.

The camera module showcased in the teaser looks similar to the previous design leaks. The teaser video showcases a power button located on the right side while the volume rocker is located on the left side. It seems as if OnePlus has dropped the alert slider button from this one just like the original Nord CE.
The device is tipped to launch in 6GB and 8GB RAM options, paired with 128GB of expandable storage via a dedicated microSD card slot.
Earlier leaks suggest that the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will sport a 6.4-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC.
The teaser video shared by the company corroborates the previously leaked renders of the upcoming smartphone. The device will sport a triple camera setup at the back, which is claimed to consist of a 64-megapixel primary sensor, paired with an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor. At the front, the device is said to feature a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The device will run Google's Android 12 operating system with ColorOS 12 on top.
There is still some time in the launch of the smartphone and we expect to see more details about the device surface online.
