Oppo is going to launch its next mid-range smartphone, the Oppo F11 Pro in India on March 5. While the company has already rolled out the teasers in forms of advertisements, it still lacks a few key details about the device. We at BeetelBite got our hands on a unit and had an exclusive chat with a Oppo Store executive. Here's everything we were able to gather from the device price, sale date, specifications and more with our chat with the store executive.
Oppo F11 Pro: Price and Offers
According to the Oppo store executive, Oppo F11 Pro will be priced somewhere between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 26,000. And with the hints dropped by other executives, we were able to gather that the device might sport a price tag of Rs. 25,999 during its launch.
The smartphone will be launched in India on March 5 and pre-bookings for the same will open on the same day. Customers who pre-book the device will get additional benefits like a free gift, which the executive did not give us the details about, six months of Hungama app subscription, six months of accidental damage protection and much more. Pre-booked smartphones will start shipping on March 16, which will also be the first sale date.
Oppo F11 Pro: Specifications
Oppo F11 Pro sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a screen-to-body ratio of 90.90 percent. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio P70 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The device runs Oppo's own ColorOS 6.0 skin built on top of Google's Android 9 Pie operating system, with the latest February 5, 2019, Android security patch. All of this is backed by a 4,000mAh battery, which supports the company's latest VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology.
On the optics front, Oppo F11 Pro features a dual-camera setup at the back consisting of a 48-megapixel, f/1.79, primary sensor paired with a 5-megapixel secondary camera sensor. Up front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter with the pop-up mechanism. The pop-up mechanism is quite similar to what we have seen on the Vivo V15 Pro. However, is located in the middle, and feels much smoother and refined compared to Vivo V15 Pro.
