Reliance Jio recently decided to start charging consumers for the IUC, which basically allows them to talk to users on other networks. While Vodafone and Airtel continue to offer free calls on other networks, Jio had to force users to buy talk time in order to bring calling functionality. The company recently introduced its All-in-One plans and they are now offering discounts on the same.
Currently, there are four plans under the All-in-One plans section, which includes Rs 222, Rs 333, Rs 444 and Rs 555 plans. The company is offering a discount of up to Rs. 50 on the premium Rs 444 and Rs 555 plans. While the Rs 555 plan gets Rs 50 off effectively coming down to Rs 505, the Rs 444 plan gets a discount of Rs 44 bringing it down to just Rs 400.
Both Rs 444 and Rs 555 plans come with a validity of 84 days and offer 2GB of 4G data per day, which sums up to around 168GB throughout the validity period. These plans also offer unlimited calls on Jio to Jio. As for the other networks, the Rs 444 plan offers 1000mins whereas the flagship Rs 555 plan brings 3000mins on board.

These new All-in-One plans were introduced soon after Jio decided to charge customers for the interconnect usage charge. These charges are paid by telecom companies to each other for calls made to their networks. The fixed IUC by TRAI is 6 paise per minute. In case the user decides to opt for some other plan like the Rs 149, they will need to pay additional charges in order to make calls to other networks.
