Sony is gearing up to launch their next flagship smartphone at Mobile World Congress 2019. The company is pushing the limits this time with a 52-megapixel camera sensor at the back. We have heard enough leaks and rumours about the upcoming Xperia XZ4. So, here's everything you need to know about the flagship smartphone.
In terms of specifications, the Sony Xperia XZ4 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. The smartphone will feature a 6.5-inch QHD+ OLED display with 21:9 aspect ratio. It is said to come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. The phone will run on Android 9 Pie out of the box. All of this will be backed by a 4,400mAh battery.
As for the optics, the Sony Xperia XZ4 is said to feature a triple camera setup which will be vertically positioned. These sensors with include a 52-megapixel main sensor, a 16-megapixel telephoto lens and a 0.3-megapixel TOF sensor. Up front, there will be a 24-megapixel selfie shooter.
Sony is all set to launch the flagship smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 in Barcelona. The company has booked February 25 as a date to unveil their latest piece of technology. Sony might as well launch a compact version of the Xperia XZ4. Apart from the XZ4, the company is also expected to launch Xperia XA3, XA3 Ultra and Xperia L3.
