Last year, the OnePlus 3T came with an upgraded Snapdragon 821 processor when compared to the OnePlus 3’s Snapdragon 820. This year, there might not be any processor upgrade as we have not seen any reports on the launch of the Snapdragon 836 or higher. Also, the variants might be similar to what we saw with the OnePlus 5, the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage and the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage. However, OnePlus might launch a 256GB storage variant for the 5T. Also, the company might improve the camera and battery just like they did last year.

However, this piece of news can be taken as a pinch of salt while we wait for official information by the company.
