Samsung Galaxy Z Flip specifications
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip units being sold have all been imported from the US, which means the specifications will be identical. The device sports a 6.7-inch full HD Dynamic AMOLED Infinity Flex display with a 21.9:9 aspect ratio. It also has a smaller secondary display on the front, which is a 1.1-inch Super AMOLED display.
The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It does not come with an option to expand the storage. The device runs Google's Android 10 operating system with the company's own One UI 2.0 skin on top. All of this is backed by a 3,300mAh battery with support for fast charging.
The company claims to have added small nylon fibres on the edges of the hinge to repel dust. It also claims that the rating to open and close the hinge is at 2,00,000 times.
Coming to the optics, the Galaxy Z Flip sports a dual camera setup on the back consisting of a 12-megapixel wide-angle sensor paired with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. On the front, it features a 10-megapixel sensor inside of a punch-hole to take selfies.
