Earlier, Pete Lau, the CEO of OnePlus made a tweet showing 5 cups of tea which pointed towards the launch of OnePlus 5T. Now the company's official Twitter handle made a tweet flaunting Manhattan City, New York and asking fans to guess where the OnePlus 5T could possibly launch. OnePlus and Pete Lau are expected to keep the things spiced up until they finally take the wraps off the successor to the OnePlus 5.

Apart from the tweets, OnePlus 5T was recently spotted on GFX Bench revealing most of its key specifications. The listing showed the model number A5010. The smartphone sports a 6-inch display with a resolution of 2160x1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The device spotted on GFX was running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat instead of the latest Android Oreo operating system. Interestingly, the benchmark listing shows only a 16-megapixel camera sensor at the back, which could mean that the dual-camera setup at the back will consist of two 16-megapixel sensors.

Earlier leaks and rumours suggested that the OnePlus 5T will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC which was not mentioned in the listing.

Xbox One X vs PlayStation 4 Pro: Which gaming console should you buy

The industry of gaming consoles is being dominated by Microsoft and Sony with their Xbox and PlayStation respectively. Microsoft has recently announced the Xbox One X and is about to go on sale within few days. The Xbox One X is a direct competition to the Sony's PlayStation 4 Pro. Being a tough competition, people now tend to be confused on which one to opt-in for as both support 4K gaming. Here we compare the Xbox One X and the PS4 Pro side-by-side so that you can make your decision as in which one suits you the best.

Xbox One X
Xbox One X

As for specifications, the Xbox One X is powered by Eight custom x86 cores clocked at 2.3GHz while the PS4 Pro has an 8-core AMD custom "Jaguar" CPU clocked at 2.13GHz. For graphics, the PS4 Pro comes with Integrated AMD Polaris graphics with 4.2 teraflops of performance while the One X has a higher 6 teraflops of performance in its AMD GPU. The One X packs in a massive 12GB of RAM while the PlayStation 4 Pro comes with a lesser RAM at on 8GB. Both these gaming consoles come with 1TB of storage.

Comparing these consoles on the spec sheet till now, the Xbox is leading as PS4 Pro lacks behind in few aspects. Coming to the design, the One X is being touted as the smallest Xbox ever by having the dimensions of  11.8 x 9.4 x 2.4 inches while the PS4 Pro will need more room under your TV as it has the dimensions of  12.8 x 11.6 x 2.1 inches. The PlayStation 4 Pro weighs at around 3.2kgs while the Xbox One X is slightly on the heavier side at 3.8kgs.

Both the gaming console have been highly popular against there predecessors due to the new 4K resolution support. However, the Xbox supports 4K and HDR Blu-ray drive whereas the PS4 Pro's optical drive only supports Blu-Ray. This means that the One X is going to be much better at media streaming when compared to the Sony's PlayStation 4 Pro.

As far as the hardware is concerned, the Xbox One X is ahead of the PlayStation 4 Pro which means gaming and media streaming will better on the all-new Xbox One X. However, one big difference here is that Xbox One X gets back support as the PS4 Pro does not. This means that Xbox One's games can run on Xbox One X whereas PS3's games cannot run on PS4 Pro.

Price and Availability

Microsoft's Xbox One X is priced at $499 which roughly converts to Rs. 32,300 and is currently on pre-orders in the United States and will come to India a weeks after its release in the US.
