In the background, while this announcement was being made a smartwatch shadow could be seen confirming that they will be launching the Samsung Gear S4 smartwatch there.
Previously, the company accidentally had also leaked that they will be launching the Gear Fit 2 Pro at Berlin too. IFA 2017 will be starting next week, and we know that Samsung could bring more new devices there but these two are the most interesting ones as the Gear S3 was an extreme hit for the company.
This is a trend that Samsung has been following for quite some time, last year the company introduced its Gear S3 smartwatch there only. And prior to that, the previous generation Gear smartwatch was also released during IFA.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 was one of the most awaited smartphones of 2017 as Note series has had a separate kind of attraction. Note series from Samsung has received a lot of love from tech reviewers as well as the consumers. The Note 7 was an amazing smartphone, though it failed because of the battery issues. Except for the battery, everything in the smartphone was spectacular. Note 8 is now here to overcome the mistakes Samsung made while making the Note 7. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 comes with a ton of attractive features, but the ones which we love are as follows:
1.) S-Pen
S-Pen one of the major reasons behind the success of the Galaxy Note lineup. S-Pen has always been pretty great at its work and has been improved over time. With every successor in the Note series, the S-Pen gets much smarter and improved. In case you don't remember, Note 5 had an issue with the S-Pen where it used to get stuck if put back in the wrong way, which was then fixed with the Note 7. So now with the Note 8, we get even better stylus than before.
Not only the Note series, but all the Samsung flagships come with one of the best displays in the market. The Galaxy Note 8 rocks a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display which is pretty huge and is great for watching media content. The Infinity Display on the Note 8 looks stunning and attractive. Though the Note devices have been large, the Note 8's screen has more room than its predecessors, thanks to the Infinity Display.
3.) Software & UI
The Galaxy Note 8 runs on Google's Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system out-of-the-box. The software on the phablet is layered with Samsungs own custom UI which may or may not be liked by everyone. Not everyone is a fan of the stock android, some people do want that extra bit of customizations here and there. Samsung's software brings some features which stock android cannot offer currently like the themes option. Also not to forget, the S-Pen works great because of the Samsung's UI.
4.) High-end Specification
Being a flagship device, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 offers top-notch specifications in order to compete with other flagship smartphones. The Note 8 comes with 6GB of RAM which may not be the highest in the market right now but is enough for performing heavy multi-tasking. It comes in storage options from 64GB to 256GB which is also expandable using a microSD card. The USA and China variant of the phablet is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset whereas the other variants are powered by the Exynos 8895 SoC. Both the processors are powerful and power efficient.
5.) Camera
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is the first smartphone to have OIS on both the cameras at the back. The primary camera on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is a 12-megapixel dual camera setup. Dual cameras are now a trend in the smartphone industry and the Note 8 is the first Samsung smartphone to come with a dual camera setup. The Note 8 has a new feature called Live Focus, which helps in focusing a particular object at the time of taking a picture, as well as after taking the picture.
Of cource the list does not end up here, there are more features to love about the device like the Wireless Fast Charging support, IP68 Dust and water resistance and much more.
